Shipping policy

Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped via UPS using Ground, 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air services. Delivery speed and cost are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM MT or on weekends and holidays will begin processing the next business day. During peak seasons, please allow up to 3 business days for processing.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated transit times after processing:

  • UPS Ground: 1–5 business days

  • UPS 3-Day Select: 3 business days

  • UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days

  • UPS Next Day Air: 1 business day

Delivery times are provided by UPS and may vary due to weather or carrier delays.

Shipping Zones

We currently ship within the contiguous United States. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories require custom shipping arrangements. UPS cannot deliver to P.O. boxes; a physical address is required.

Free Shipping

Orders over $100 ship free via UPS Ground within the contiguous United States. Expedited options remain at customer cost.

Tracking

Once your order ships, a UPS tracking number will be emailed to you. If you do not receive tracking information within three business days, contact support@losarcosgolf.com.

Delivery Issues

If your package is marked “delivered” but cannot be located, please check surrounding areas and contact UPS directly. Los Arcos Golf is not responsible for packages once marked as delivered.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or fails to arrive, notify us within 48 hours at support@losarcosgolf.com with photos and order details. We’ll assist with claims and, when applicable, replacements or refunds.
